It is one of the key or active ingredients I’ve heard of in acne treatments besides salicylic acid and benzyol peroxide. My Application
I apply the apple cider mix toner every time after I cleanse my face. I mean, every time. Because it doesn’t sting. Did I mention that it’s as gentle as a tamed gorilla?
As for the mask scrub (I called it), I apply as per recommended by Bubz; 2 times a week. I’d do it every Monday and Thursday, sometimes other days as long as it’s twice a week.
